For fresh wholesale mushrooms, we grow to order a few varieties, including Shiitake, Lions Mane and various Oysters and others on prior agreement.

This allows us to ensure we always deliver on time with little wastage.  All mushrooms have different lead times, but once the initial lead time has passed we keep the mushrooms coming on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, which we agreed at the start.
